Yoga at Lunge
The yoga taught at the studio is dynamic, it's a combination of corrective yoga (Japanese/Ryoho Yoga) and Asana (Vinyasa Flow). Ryoho Yoga is perfect for targeting those parts of the body that could be operating more effectively, and so follows the mind.
Lunge is one of the few dedicated Studio's in Sydney that teach the Ryoho Yoga Style (Oriental Corrective Yoga Therapy).
Classes are diagnostic and specific to the students in each class and accesible to all levels. Students are challenged by a new set of movements in each session, specific to the day, the time, the season... that improve their physical body.
The Asana (complete Yogic poses) bring everything together - a culmination of a strong and healthy body and an aware, focused and clear mind.
