Autumn Japanese Yoga Workshop – 2025

Saturday April 5
Starts 4pm – 7pm (3 hour session)

We slowly start to shift into the Autumn Season

Come along and recharge, strengthen, and replenish – this is what we do in Japanese Yoga.

  • Simple techniques and methods to keep you in your best health. 

In this workshop: 

  • Autumn Seasonal Yoga
  • Guided meditation
  • Shiatsu massage treatment
  • Simple Nourishing meal
  • Goody bag to take home

An overall understanding of the METAL element will be explored, covering the large intestine and lung organs (and meridian/energy pathways).

How to keep them healthy and in balance through Japanese therapeutic yoga and complementary therapies. 

Otherwise, an afternoon to just replenish – so good!!
