Come along and recharge, strengthen, and replenish – this is what we do in Japanese Yoga.
- Simple techniques and methods to keep you in your best health.
In this workshop:
- Autumn Seasonal Yoga
- Guided meditation
- Shiatsu massage treatment
- Simple Nourishing meal
- Goody bag to take home
An overall understanding of the METAL element will be explored, covering the large intestine and lung organs (and meridian/energy pathways).
How to keep them healthy and in balance through Japanese therapeutic yoga and complementary therapies.
Otherwise, an afternoon to just replenish – so good!!
