The Autumn season – the transition to the cooler seasons

Find rest and relaxation through ACTIVE movement, breath and simplicity – connection. In Autumn we assist the body and mind to let go of what it no longer needs. This is the Japanese Yoga way.

In this workshop:

  • Shiatsu Massage
  • Healing ginger compress treatment
  • Simple Nourishing meal to end

OTHERWISE, an afternoon to replenish and nourish; a “mini-retreat” for yourself.
