The program

TO START:

  • 6:15pm – 7.80pm Sunday 13th March, 2015
    Evening Lunge Japanese Yoga class and cleansing meal to get the week going
  • 5 early mornings (Monday through Friday)
    NOTE: Morning program TBC closer to the time – weather dependant
    i.e. Either 5.15am shuffle or morning meditation in studio

    5.15am – rise with the sun… dawn beach shuffles (dynamic meditation taught)… dawn ocean dips (optional start)
    6.15am – 5 Lunge Japanese Yoga classes
    7.15am – Cleansing breakfast after each early morning class
  • Evening session to END
    Friday evening: 6.15 pm – 8 pm Yoga, evening activities and evening meal

THE BASIC WORKSHOP: 7 sessions total – All sessions have meals.

In addition free Yoga classes:

Complementary/FREE classes the whole week – ANY other classes you can fit into the week between Monday March 14th to Sunday March 20th, see timetable above (or check out our timetable – all other classes are on).

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Any and all cancellation – $50 cancellation fee (no exceptions)
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of workshop start will forfeit 50% of workshop cost, unless space can be filled. If space is filled cancellation fee is $50. (no exceptions)
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of workshop start will forfeit 75% of workshop cost, unless space can be filled. If space is filled cancellation fee is $50. (no exceptions)
  • Once workshop has commenced – NO refund.

A little bit on the Autumn Season

Metal Element – bring to balance the lung and large intestine energy in autumn.
At the mental level, the health of the Large Intestine is related to the ability to let go and not dwell upon the past. Hanging on to things that no longer serve us, whether this be possessions, thoughts, beliefs or relationships, can be a reflection of Large Intestine Imbalance.

YOUR body and mind will be rewarded with a feeling of physical strength and good health, a BOOST of ENERGY, and renewed mental clarity. Maintain YOUR positive health routine as you move through the year – to allow space for new things or for change the OLD must be cleansed and cleared away on a seasonal basis.

AUTUMN – the season that facilities ELIMINATION – strengthening the body and mind’s ability to LET GO. Letting go of the old stuff, letting go of what is not needed will allow the possibility for NEW THINGS to come in. Physically, emotionally, spiritually… whatever is needed for you!

Cleansing, eliminating and/or balancing are for people who want to clear their body and mind of accumulated toxins and unwanted wastes. What follow is regained sense of energy, vitality and a greater sense of well-being.
