Spring Cooking Class – 2014

Be inspired to cook with the Seasons. Spend an afternoon with Charlotte of Charlotte’s Living Harmony (wholefoods Chef and teacher) who has over 40 years experience inspiring people with her delicious, wholesome and simple to prepare recipes.

Eating well and staying healthy is not supposed to be complicated! Learn to nourish
your body and your mind and create for yourself a high quality of life.

Some of the recipes we will be covering on the day at Lunge Studio:

  • Cucumber soup with Tarragon and pine nuts
  • Tofu and leek pie
  • Barley with mixed Asian Mushrooms and Greens
  • Orange, Cranberry and Spice Cake

All recipes are sugar free, dairy free and processed food free and STILL taste yummy!
