Winter De-Stress – Yoga, Meditation & Nourish

  • In winter we look after our spinal energy, OUR BACK – the bladder & kidney energy, the organs, the adrenals, the nervous system, or just plain and simple OUR lower back strength, stability and endurance! (L3, L4, L5, sacrum)
  • Cultivating this through appropriate yoga, breath awareness and what we put into our body helps one move with more freedom, more energy, more vitality.
  • Your spinal strength, your back feel strong from inside to out!
